CORTE DE APELACIONES DE CONCEPCIÓN RATIFICA QUE LAS DEUDAS DEL CAE SON IMPRESCRIPTIBLES Y RATIFICA FACULTADES DE COBRO DE LA TGR
La justicia determinó que las deudas del Crédito con Aval del Estado no prescriben aunque venza el pagaré bancario, respaldando el cobro fiscal.
